Chief Executive Officer
Sipho Majola is the company CEO and founder member of Impela. He has vast experience in management and consulting and has following qualifications:

Managing Partner: Consulting and COO
Lusanda leads the Management Consulting business of Impela. She is both Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer (COO) responsible for both strategic and operational functions of the business. Her skills set include both management and business strategy consulting.
Her foundations for Strategy Consulting were gained in the four years she spent undertaking research into plant molecular biology at the University of Oxford. Her research outputs are published in leading international science journals such as The Plant Journal; and were presented at a number of international conferences in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America. Healthcare Associate
Dr Sthe Ngidi is one of the accomplished female oncologist in the Southern hemisphere. In addition to treating patients, she develops oncology delivery platforms from a conceptual framework to actual implementation and operations. Her qualifications includes:
- Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) – University of KwaZulu-Natal.
- Fellow of the College of Radiation Oncologists of South Africa –The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa.

Healthcare Associate
Dr Zanele Nkosi Eniker leads the clinical governance and clinical operations section of the business. Assist in designing effective treatment protocols to engender best patients outcomes at the value with minimal risks. She has the following qualifications:
- Family medicine, General surgery, Internal medicine, Obstetrics and gynaecology, Paediatrics, Psychiatry
- Diploma in anaesthesiology – September 2010.
